You benefit from 3 slimming treatments per day with full board and 2 treatments per day with half board.
For the best results, it is strongly advised to drink 2 liters of water per day in addition to our “slimming” infusions. A daily outdoor walk is also ideal to oxygenate your body, activate blood circulation, and make the most of the fresh air of our mountains.

Your treatments are normally scheduled in the morning. Your detailed program will be communicated upon arrival at the hotel. The iThin ultrasound sessions are usually planned at the beginning and at the end of your daily program.
