Shuttle service
For your comfort, our staff will be delighted to pick you up at the Leukerbad bus station. A free shuttle service from 9 am to 6 pm will also take you to Leukerbad, at the foot of the ski slopes and to some restaurants.
Parking
We offer free covered parking for all our hotel guests. Valet parking is available from 9 am to 6 pm.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is served from 7.30 am to 10.30 am and Sunday until 11am in our restaurant. You can also order your breakfast in your room.
Arrival and departure
Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of your arrival until noon on the day of your departure.
Internet & electricity
WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The voltage is 220V. Adapters are available at the Front Desk.

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard, JCB, Diners Club, China Union Pay, Maestro and Postcard.
Children
Children and young people under the age of 16 are welcome in all areas of the hotel under the supervision of their parents. There is a play area for them in Le Petit Salon. Special treatments are available at the Spa. The Maître d’Hotel will be happy to offer the menu reserved for children. Baby beds, changing table, bathrobes, towels and toys are available on request.
