Leukerbad is located in the south-western part of Switzerland, in the canton of Valais. The area is easily accessible by train or car from Geneva, Bern or Zurich – all of which have an international Airport. In addition, to ensure maximum discretion, the small airport of Sion located 40 km from the Hotel Les Sources des Alpes allows the reception of private jets with limousine transfers.
By Plane
The International Airport of Berne-Belp is at approximately 2 hours drive from Leukerbad and 2-hour train ride away. www.flughafenbern.ch
Geneva-Cointrin international Airport is at about 2 hours drive from Leukerbad and 3 hours 20 minutes by train. www.gva.ch
Zurich International Airport is at about 3 and a half hour drive from Leukerbad and 3 and a half hour by train. www.zurich-airport.com
By privat jet
The small airport of Sion is the closest to Leukerbad. It can accommodate private jets and is located 40 km from the hotel Les Sources des Alpes.

By train
You will reach Leuk by train (SBB), then take the bus (LLB) which leaves Leuk Train Station to take you directly to Leukerbad. The railway line connects Leuk to Sion and Visp. Both cities offer good connections to Geneva, Bern, Interlaken and the rest of Switzerland. From Geneva, the journey takes 3 hours. From Interlaken, the journey takes 2h10.

By car
It is easy to reach Leukerbad by car from many European cities. There are plenty of parking spaces in the hotel’s underground car park; Valet parking is also available. Please note that the center of the village is a pedestrian zone, prohibited to cars.
From Geneva / Lausanne: motorway A1 then A9 direction Simplon. After Sierre-east, national road towards Leuk – Visp – Brig. Before entering Susten, turn left towards Leukerbad
From Bern: motorway A12 direction Vevey / Montreux then A9 direction Simplon. After Sierre-east, national road towards Leuk – Visp – Brig. Before entering Susten, turn left towards Leukerbad
From Central Switzerland / Interlaken: motorway 8 direction Spiez-Berne. Exit 19 Kandersteg. Road 11 to the Lötschberg tunnel. Toll transportation to Goppenstein. Get off at Gampel then take the N 9 towards Lausanne-Sion. At the exit of Susten, turn right towards Leukerbad
Hiking
Join Leukerbad walking throughout trails that are existing since the 15th century. About 7 hours of hiking from Crans-Montana or Kandersteg.
